What this solves
Knowledge in a company rarely lives in one place. It's spread across SharePoint, email archives, old Teams threads, and in the heads of a handful of key people. New hires spend weeks figuring out where things are. Experienced employees spend hours a week answering questions others have already asked before.
Internal Knowledge Assistant gives employees one place to ask, in natural language, and get precise answers based on your company's own documentation – instead of searching through folders they don't know the name of.
How we work
The assistant connects to your existing knowledge sources (SharePoint, intranet, document archives) and answers based on what's actually written there – not generic internet knowledge. Role-based access control (RBAC) is built in from day one: a receptionist only sees guest-relevant information, while a department head sees what's relevant to their role. When the source documents are updated, so are the answers – no manual upkeep of a separate knowledge base.
Security and governance
We sign our own data processing agreement (DPA) with you, in addition to Claude having its own DPA in place as a subprocessor. Neither Claude nor Copilot use your company's data to train their models – what you put in stays yours. Access management isn't an add-on here; it's a precondition for the solution being scalable to the whole organisation at all.
Who this is for
Organisations where employees genuinely spend significant time searching for information someone else already knows – whether that's a 20-person department or an organisation of several thousand.
