What this solves
Many companies buy access to Claude or ChatGPT and stop there. Employees copy text in and out of a chat box, alongside the systems they actually work in. The value stays marginal because the tool never gets access to the context it needs – the line-of-business system, the data, the history.
Claude Live is about connecting Claude directly to the systems you already use, so it becomes part of the workflow – not an extra window next to it.
How we work
We start with training on your actual tasks, not generic examples. Where a ready-made connector to your system exists, we use it. Where one doesn't, we build it ourselves with MCP (Model Context Protocol) – an open standard for how AI models connect to external tools and data sources in a structured, access-controlled way. Throughout the delivery, a human always stays at the wheel: Claude proposes and executes well-scoped tasks, but decisions with real consequences are made by people, not the model alone.
Security and governance
Access management and governance aren't bolted on afterwards – they're in place before Claude gets access to any system. We sign our own data processing agreement (DPA) with you, and where Claude is part of the delivery, Anthropic has its own DPA in place as a subprocessor. Neither Claude nor Copilot use your company's data to train their models.
